Talk at TEDxPragueWomen 2024

I was honored to speak at TEDxPragueWomen 2024, where the theme was Crossroads.

In my talk, I shared my journey through the crossroads of science, which led me to explore the unique microbial world of Antarctica.

I also reflected on the crossroads faced by many female researchers, who often encounter challenges that push them out of academia. My talk aimed to highlight the importance of support, perseverance, and creating pathways that help women in science stay and thrive in their careers.

This experience was truly amazing! Unfortunately, due to an unexpected illness, I had to deliver my talk online instead of on stage. Despite this setback, I hope my message resonated with the audience and inspired a broader conversation about perseverance, opportunity, and creating a more inclusive future for women in science.
