I am thrilled to share that I have been awarded a prestigious Standard Project grant from the Czech Science Foundation (GACR) for my project on Exploration of Ribosomally Synthesized Natural Product Diversity in Antarctic Extremophiles.

Thrilled to share that my poster, "From Extreme Environments to Bioactive Discoveries: Unveiling the Potential of Antarctic Bacteria," won the Best Poster Award at the 5th European Conference on Natural Products (ECNP) — voted by all participants!

I was honored to speak at TEDxPragueWomen 2024, where the theme was Crossroads.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the John Innes – Rudjer Bošković Summer School on Microbial Specialised Metabolites: From Genomes to Biological Functions in beautiful Dubrovnik, and I couldn't feel more thankful and fortunate to have been part of this experience!

It was an incredible opportunity to share the importance of antimicrobial research and the unique potential of Antarctica on Forbes. I tried my best to highlight the beauty and challenges of Antarctic research while emphasizing the coolness of this science!

I am thrilled and deeply honoured to receive the Young Blood Award from the Týdeník Euro in collaboration with the most successful entrepreneurs from Czech Republic, marking a significant milestone in my career. Being one of the first recipients of this award in the history of the journal is truly humbling especially for a "hard-core" scientist :)
